Having recently graduated with a BA in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, Caitlin is passionate about developing opportunities for graduates to find careers with purpose and impact.

Partner

Lucien helps our partners to understand their environment and uncover their purpose, especially through Pivot and the Purpose Project. His career has spanned consulting, research, policy and non-profits. He has a PhD from UCL and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

Steve steers our clients through designing and delivering the next steps to embed purpose. Having led high-profile transformation projects for leading media companies such as Dow Jones and the BBC, Steve has over a decade of experience in implementing change. Steve is currently completing an executive master’s in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge’s Judge Business School.

Tom leads the analysis and engagement that aids our clients in their journey to finding and embedding purpose. Having completed a BA in Geography at the University of Cambridge, Tom is now developing his expertise in Management at the Judge Business School, to build on his experience in non-profit consulting with start-up ShARE.
